Job summary

Springhill Suites by Marriott Roanoke Hotel is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team and maintain the highest cleanliness standards in guest rooms.

You will empower staff, inspect rooms, plan schedules, recruit team members, and drive training to uphold the PEACH service culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Room Attendant role in a hotel or similar environment preferred.
• Must have attention to detail with the ability to be thorough in your work.
• Must be able to work independently while maintaining timelines.

• Leads the charge in transforming our guest rooms into inviting accommodations ensuring impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail.
• Empowers hotel staff to deliver great guest service.
• Inspects rooms to ensure brand cleanliness standards are met and exceeded for both guest rooms and public areas.
• Plans work schedules and room assignments with minimum disruption to guests.
• Recruits housekeeping staff that will model the PEACH way.
• Emphasizes training and development to empower employees to provide excellent guest service.
• Communicates openly with staff to handle their concerns, provides them guidance and sets them up for success.
