The Executive Housekeeper is a full-time, on-site role based in Richardson, TX, responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and team members. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising housekeeping and laundry staff, coordinating schedules, assigning tasks, and monitoring work quality across guest rooms and public areas. The role manages inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and linens, implements brand standards and safety procedures, and conducts regular inspections to maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards. The Executive Housekeeper also supports guest satisfaction by responding to service requests and concerns, partners with other hotel departments to coordinate room status and special needs, and leads training, coaching, and performance development for the housekeeping team.
