Executive Housekeeper

The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for overseeing and directing the daily operations of the housekeeping department to ensure a clean, well-maintained, and inviting environment for all guests. This role includes managing team performance, implementing high cleanliness standards in line with Marriott brand requirements, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement housekeeping operating procedures and cleanliness standards

  • Plan, organize, and oversee daily operations of housekeeping supervisors and their teams

  • Prepare weekly work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet business needs

  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with brand and safety standards

  • Manage all aspects of housekeeping HR functions, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and employee development

  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to support smooth guest operations and room readiness

  • Maintain housekeeping inventory and supplies, monitor usage, and place timely orders

  • Develop and manage the departmental budget, ensuring cost control without compromising quality

  • Handle administrative tasks including payroll, reporting, and operational documentation

  • Respond to guest feedback and resolve service-related issues with professionalism and urgency
