Quorum Hospitality's Home2 Suites Mesa Longbow is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping department across all areas, ensuring top-tier cleanliness and guest comfort. In this role, you will supervise staff, conduct daily inspections, manage inventory, payroll and schedules, participate in recruiting and training, and uphold safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive Housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar setting.
• Leadership experience required.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a 2 to 4-year college degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all housekeeping and laundry personnel to ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are impeccably maintained.
• Conduct daily inspections of rooms and public areas to meet hotel and brand standards.
• Manage inventory of housekeeping supplies, ensuring proper levels are maintained.
• Handle purchase orders, invoices, and checkbook accounting to ensure compliance with hotel policies and budget.
• Manage department schedules, payroll, and inventories in line with business forecasts to meet hotel productivity and budget requirements
• Participate in recruitment, hiring, training, development, and performance management of housekeeping staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety protocols, including sanitization and proper handling of chemicals and soiled linens.
• Address guest requests, concerns, and complaints with attentiveness and efficiency.
• Maintain key control systems and enforce proper radio communication etiquette within the department.
• Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, safety protocols, and house rules.
• Collaborate with other departments and participate in hotel meetings as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Your Role:
