Your Role

In this leadership role, you'll oversee operations across rooms, public areas, and laundry. You'll lead housekeeping professionals, focusing on cleanliness and attention to detail. Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising housekeeping and laundry staff to maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Conducting inspections to meet hotel standards.
• Managing supplies, inventories, and procurement processes.
• Handling budgets, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Scheduling staff, managing payroll, and aligning with business forecasts.
• Recruiting, training, and performance management of staff.
• Ensuring safety and sanitation protocols are followed.
• Addressing guest requests and resolving complaints efficiently.
• Maintaining security and communication systems within the department.
• Collaborating with other departments and participating in meetings.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of progressive housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar setting.
• Leadership experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
