Job Summary

The Executive Housekeeper oversees the cleanliness of the hotel, ensuring safety, security, and inventory control while providing training and maintaining high standards of service. This role operates in a fast‑paced environment and is responsible for budgeting, scheduling, and maintaining excellent customer service.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare a monthly forecast for the Housekeeping Department and plan work schedules and room assignments.
• Participate in recruiting, selection, and performance evaluation of team members, providing performance appraisals and maintaining personnel records.
• Supervise and provide essential training for new hires in housekeeping and guest services.
• Conduct guest satisfaction inspections of public areas and guest rooms to ensure standards.
• Assist with the preparation of the annual budget, manage expenses, and control supplies and chemicals.
• Track lost and found items and process guest complaints, and conduct meetings with team members as needed.
• Ensure uniforms meet company expectations and uniforms presentability.
• Maintain high safety and cleanliness standards, assist with emergency procedures, promote safety practices, and monitor preventive maintenance.
• Perform other tasks as necessary to meet or exceed guest satisfaction.

Professional Experience

• High‑school graduate or equivalent, with a minimum of one year of executive hospitality experience (preferred).

Industry Experience

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry (preferred).
• Previous experience as an Executive Housekeeper (preferred).
