Manage housekeeping operations in accordance with established guest service, quality, and sustainability standards.

Area Executive Housekeeper – Assistant General Manager – General Manager
Essential Job Functions
  1. Interview, select, train, schedule, coach, and support associates, ensuring they perform according to brand or hotel standards and HHM core values.
  2. Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and grounds for cleanliness, appearance, and safety.
  3. Answer inquiries regarding hotel policies and services, and resolve guests’ complaints and concerns.
  4. Monitor staff performance to ensure efficient operations and adherence to policies and procedures.
  5. Prepare schedules based on occupancy, assign duties, and coordinate staffing needs with vendors.
  6. Manage inventory and submit orders to ensure timely procurement of supplies.
  7. Complete departmental paperwork as required.
  8. Track and communicate guest service scores to promote improvement and satisfaction.
  9. Develop and implement policies and procedures for departmental or hotel operations.
  10. Follow sustainability practices aligned with HHM’s EarthView program.
  11. Practice safety protocols, follow MSDS and OSHA standards, wear protective equipment, and participate in safety committees.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Position Requirements
  1. High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  2. Minimum of two years' housekeeping supervisory experience required.
Work Environment and Context
  1. Variable work schedule, including holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts.
  2. Requires standing for long periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
