Concord Hospitality is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping, laundry, and houseperson teams at our Akron property. This hands-on leader will collaborate with Front Desk and Maintenance to ensure a seamless guest experience and the highest standards of cleanliness.

You will oversee scheduling, staffing, training, and performance management, implement cleaning procedures, safety standards, and quality control, and coach your team to reach their full potential.

Concord Hospitality is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping, laundry, and houseperson teams, ensuring exceptional cleanliness and a seamless guest experience. This role collaborates closely with Front Desk and Maintenance departments and requires a hands‑on leader who sets the standard for professionalism, attention to detail, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
