THE JOB:

As an Executive Host, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional guest experience by providing top-tier assistance to our guests in a professional and friendly manner. DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assess casino activity and, if authorized, reward players with exciting complimentary offerings to elevate the guest experience.
2. Build lasting relationships with guests, creating unforgettable moments that foster loyalty and excitement.
3. Deliver VIP treatment from check-in to check-out, ensuring every guest feels valued and appreciated.
4. Engage with guests at exclusive events to support marketing and retention efforts, becoming the life of the party.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills and possesses strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in navigating and utilizing computer programs efficiently.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, with sales or upselling experience preferred.
• At least 21 years old.
• 2+ years of experience in hotel operations, casino marketing, VIP services, or table games is preferred.
