THE JOB:
As an Executive Host, you will play a key role in setting the stage for an exceptional guest experience by providing top-tier assistance to our guests in a professional and friendly manner. By understanding each guest's unique needs and stories, you will deliver memorable experiences that leave a lasting impression. Your dedication to excellent service will ensure that every interaction is positive and meaningful.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Elevate the guest experience by assessing casino activity and, if authorized, rewarding players with exciting complimentary offerings.
Build lasting relationships with guests, creating unforgettable moments that drive loyalty and excitement.
Deliver VIP treatment from check-in to check-out, ensuring every guest feels valued and appreciated.
Be the life of the party-engage with guests at exclusive events to support marketing and retention efforts.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Demonstrates excellent customer service skills and possesses strong interpersonal skills
Proficient in navigating and utilizing computer programs efficiently.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience (sales/upselling preferred)
Is at least 21 years old
2+ years of experience in hotel operations, casino marketing, VIP services, or table games preferred.
