Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Proficient in English (written and verbal).
• Proficient with iOS devices.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to inspire confidence and stay authentic with guests and teammates.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Gaming License required.
• Alcohol Awareness Card required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests throughout the casino and participate in events and promotions.
• Build strong relationships to foster loyalty and repeat visits.
• Anticipate guest needs and coordinate reservations, transportation and accommodations.
• Collaborate with Account/Sales/Flight Sales teams to ensure seamless experiences.
• Use sound judgment within comp and expense guidelines.
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and discretion.
• Identify service gaps and resolve issues promptly.
• Seek opportunities to improve service delivery and efficiency.
• Communicate programs and services to internal partners.
• Stay informed on property events and promotions.
• Track performance and support new initiatives.
• Comply with all policies and regulatory requirements.
