This full-time, on-site position in Houston, TX offers a competitive salary of $185k–$200k per year plus an annual profit-sharing bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including 401k match and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in large healthcare systems or multi-site operations.
• Advanced degree (MHA/MBA) strongly preferred.
