This role suits professionals who excel at interviews, design targeted search strategies, negotiate offers, and manage multiple assignments independently while maintaining a strong command of English.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in executive search.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
• Experience recruiting for US candidates and commercial openings.
• Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
• Knowledge of various industries and understanding of executive roles.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple search assignments.
• Advanced level of English.

Executive Headhunter at BairesDev

We are seeking an experienced Executive Headhunter to identify, attract, and assess top talent to ensure the placement of high-performing leaders who drive organizational success and strategic growth. In this role, you'll be responsible for sourcing and securing exceptional senior-level professionals for our clients. Your expertise in executive search methodology and talent assessment will be critical to placing leaders who can make significant impacts in their organizations.
