• Identify opportunities for advisor growth, client acquisition, and revenue expansion.
• Translate initiatives into actionable plans with timelines, ownership, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead leadership development, coaching, and accountability across the organization.
• Support decision-making and continuity when ownership is unavailable.
