Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience within wealth management, financial services, or a related industry.
• Significant leadership experience coaching and influencing experienced advisors, leaders, and high-performing teams.
• Proven track record driving advisor growth, business planning, talent development, and organizational performance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary leadership partner for a designated group of advisors and advisory teams, providing coaching and strategic guidance.
• Partner with the Division President to set divisional objectives, long-term plans, and OKRs.
• Drive capacity planning, performance analytics, and practice management to improve efficiency and client outcomes.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, succession planning, and advisor development across the division.
