Job summary

Cafe Zupas is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations while enjoying a yearly European incentive trip for two and a schedule that excludes Sundays. The role offers a competitive salary between $70k and $125k plus a $25k average bonus plan and a 401K.

You will mentor teams, set a positive tone, and drive guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment, with a strong emphasis on in-house cooking and real ingredients.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry.
• Available to work a five day set schedule.
• Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team.
• Detail-oriented, growth minded, and a self-starter.
• Enthusiastic, positive, and driven.
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptable to new processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
• Develop team members by providing direction and feedback.
• Implement Café Zupas behaviors that lead to a successful restaurant.

• Form authentic relationships with guests.
• Coordinate the team to run happy and well-organized shifts.
