Responsibilities

• Partner with the President and senior leadership to develop and execute the global people strategy.
• Lead all aspects of HR including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, labor relations, compensation and performance management.
• Build partnerships with business leaders to provide strategic guidance while supporting day‑to‑day operations across global locations.
• Lead, coach and develop the HR team to foster a collaborative, high‑performing culture.
• Drive workforce planning, leadership development and talent management initiatives to strengthen capability and growth.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies while promoting continuous improvement.
