Job summary

Sensient Technologies Corporation is seeking an experienced Human Resources leader to partner with the President of Sensient Flavors and Extracts. This 100% office-based role is located in Hoffman Estates, IL, and oversees HR teams across North America, Latin America, and Europe.

You will drive talent acquisition, onboarding, and development initiatives, while delivering operational excellence and promoting Sensient's culture.

Qualifications

• Full spectrum human resources experience with increasing levels of responsibility involving major business decisions.
• Expertise in developing and implementing effective HR programs and process improvements (talent acquisition, talent management, organizational development, and employee relations).
• Experience with union and non-union environments preferred.
• International experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution on HR priorities for Talent Acquisition, On-boarding, and Coaching and Development for the Flavors and Extracts Group.
• Deliver operational excellence and continuous improvement on core HR functions.
• Act as the strategic partner to the Group President and General Managers in implementing the organizational talent strategy and promoting the Sensient culture.
• Manage, coach, and develop the global Flavors & Extracts HR team.
• Collaborate with Corporate and Group leadership to define and execute key talent initiatives.
