Job summary

Advanced Imaging Solutions is seeking a senior compliance leader to drive the ethics and compliance program across its global operations. You will act as the primary advisor to AIS leadership, shaping policies, training, and governance to mitigate third-party and healthcare fraud risks.

The role requires ten years of experience, deep regulatory knowledge (FCPA, UK Bribery Act, OIG/DoJ trends), and the ability to translate policy into scalable business processes. International travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten (10) years of experience in compliance, risk mitigation, legal or related areas.
• Deep expertise in healthcare fraud and abuse laws (e.g., False Claims Act, Stark)
• Expertise in anti-corruption laws including FCPA and UK Bribery Act
• Experience building global ethics and compliance programs across regions
• Strong ability to advise leadership and drive cultural change
• Experience with due diligence and integration in M&A or strategic transactions
• Strong business acumen and ability to anticipate regulatory trends
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Willingness to travel internationally as required

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal compliance advisor to AIS leadership

• Collaborate with legal, finance, HR, quality and regulatory teams
• Ensure policy alignment with GE HealthCare standards and AIS interests
• Travel internationally as required

• Lead and enhance the ethics and compliance function across Advanced Imaging Solutions' global operations
• Serve as principal compliance advisor and business partner to AIS leadership
• Build, implement, and continuously improve a global compliance program tailored to AIS's business and risk profile
• Partner with global and regional compliance colleagues to drive program execution across regions
• Lead compliance communications, training, and culture-building initiatives
• Conduct risk assessments and drive mitigation plans, focusing on third-party, anti-corruption, and healthcare fraud and abuse risks
• Co-chair the AIS Compliance Review Board and drive compliance governance with business leadership
• Support investigations and ensure timely, appropriate corrective action
• Evaluate compliance metrics, identify trends, and conduct root cause analysis
• Support due diligence and integration for mergers, acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions
• Monitor emerging regulatory and enforcement trends relevant to the medical imaging industry
• Establish and enhance compliance program infrastructure aligned with local laws, industry standards, and GE HealthCare policy
• Develop compliance metrics and dashboards for AIS and enterprise leadership
• Serve as primary compliance point of contact for AIS leadership and represent Compliance on the AIS Leadership Team
• Partner with regional and global compliance, legal, finance, HR, quality and regulatory, and other functions
• Identify, assess, and mitigate third-party, anti-corruption/FCPA, healthcare fraud and abuse, and other AIS-specific compliance risks
• Support open reporting programs, in-business investigations, high-risk investigations, monitoring, and audits
• Provide training and guidance on GE HealthCare's Spirit & The Letter, Code of Ethics and Integrity, and other policies
• Develop compliance communications and training to embed the program into day-to-day activities and build a culture of integrity
• Report directly to the General Counsel, Advanced Imaging Solutions, with a dotted-line relationship to the Chief Compliance Officer

Requirements

• Minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience in compliance, risk mitigation, legal, operational and/or other relevant assurance areas
• Deep expertise in healthcare fraud and abuse laws, including the U.S. Anti-Kickback Statute and False Claims Act
• Expertise in anti-corruption laws, including FCPA and UK Bribery Act
• Expertise in third-party/distributor compliance and industry codes such as the AdvaMed Code of Ethics
• Proven track record building and scaling effective global ethics & compliance programs across multiple regions and cultures
• Experience advising senior leadership and driving sustainable cultural and organizational change at scale
• Experience supporting compliance due diligence and integration in M&A, investments, joint ventures, or other complex business transactions
• Strong business acumen and ability to detect emerging compliance and industry trends and develop risk-based responses
• Superior communication, interpersonal, influencing, and recommendation skills
• Ability to analyze and translate policy into practical, scalable business processes
• Ability to respond to global/cultural sensitivities and operate with discretion, objectivity, and independence
• Willingness to engage directly with business segments and teams on compliance topics
• Track record of innovation in compliance program design and mitigating known or emerging risks
• Unquestioned integrity and ethics in business and personal conduct
• Ability to travel internationally as required
• JD (or global equivalent), Master's degree, LLM, CCEP certification or equivalent advanced degree desired, not required
• Experience in medical imaging, medical device, or broader medtech industry desired
• Experience with DOJ enforcement trends, OIG advisory opinions, and Corporate Integrity Agreements desired
• Familiarity with aggregate spend reporting and transparency requirements such as Open Payments desired
• Must already be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available
