Responsibilities

• Drive total store sales and profitability by leading GM and Food Sales teams.
• Manage inbound/outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, pricing and signing across GM areas.
• Lead a team of hourly team members and develop talent with clear performance expectations.
• Plan and adjust workloads and schedules to meet business priorities and guest needs.
• Coach and develop team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and adherence to food safety standards.
