Job summary

Katsuya Scottsdale is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, drive profitability, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a high-end, fast-paced environment. This hands-on leader balances operational excellence with people leadership and brand standards.

You will oversee food quality, safety, labor costs, and inventory while coaching a diverse team and executing local promotions.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of restaurant management experience in high-end, service-focused environment.
• Strong leadership, development, and retention of high-performing teams.
• Solid understanding of restaurant financials, labor management, and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and consistency.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, labor, and alcohol service regulations.
• Lead service execution during peak hours to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Manage labor, food, beverage, and operating costs; analyze P&L and adjust actions.
