Jobot is seeking a General Manager for a premier HVAC/mechanical services business in Taylor, Michigan. This role reports to the platform leadership and will drive strategic initiatives, operational discipline, and long-term growth across the organization.

The successful candidate will evaluate the current state, implement people, processes, and systems, and build leadership capacity to sustain high performance in a fast‑growing, PE-backed environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in HVAC/mechanical contracting or related field.
• Experience leading organizational change and business transformation.
• Proven ability to build teams, develop leaders, and create accountability.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior-most leader of the operating company, providing overall direction and accountability for business performance.
• Develop and execute strategic and operational plans aligned with organizational objectives.
