As part of Aramark’s Workplace Experience Group, you will shape the dining experience from contract terms to service excellence, ensuring safety and adherence to standards while delivering elevated experiences

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management is preferred.
• Ability to focus on client services and build a successful business.
• Strong interpersonal skills for clients, senior management, and staff.
• Comfort with reading and applying contractual requirements.
• Experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality.
• Proven leadership of others in a management capacity.
• Experience creating and managing a department budget and financial controls.
• Experience crafting sales strategies and implementing programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence and hands-on execution across all services.
• Manage client and community relationships at the location for satisfaction.
• Build and mentor a strong management team and staff.
• Recommend improvements based on contract terms and operational needs.
• Partner with Finance to manage budgets and drive financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and records.
