Qualifications

• 3+ years in corporate communications or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in communications or related discipline.
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading with executive tone.
• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines with stakeholders.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel; familiarity with email/webinar tools helpful.
• Discretion with confidential information and sensitive issues.
• Korean language preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Draft and edit executive talking points, presentations, updates, FAQs and materials for corporate employees and franchise partners.
• Support senior leadership communications and franchisee meetings with prepared messages and follow-up materials.
• Translate changes into audience-focused messages and manage calendars, templates, and approvals.
• Coordinate reviews with cross-functional teams and publish through various channels.
• Develop customer-facing messages and proactive communications for recurring issues.
