Berklee College of Music in Boston seeks a Vice President of Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis to partner with the Executive Vice President & CFO, translating institutional goals into robust financial models and capital allocation frameworks.

You will lead a budget team, shape long-range planning, revenue ventures, and board-ready analyses, guiding investments in campus expansion, enrollment strategies, and non-degree ventures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics required; MBA/MS preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership with 5+ years in senior leadership in higher education, healthcare, or large non-profits.
• Proven track record in P3s, commercial deals, and endowment management.

Responsabilités

• Lead long-range planning and advanced modeling across 3–10 year horizons.
• Oversee revenue optimization, tuition rationale, endowment deployment, and expense management.
• Direct capital budgeting for physical plant, tech, and deferred maintenance.
• Develop treasury and liquidity models for seasonal academic cycles.
• Coordinate operating budgeting and board-ready presentations for executive leadership.
