Job summary

Rehlko is seeking a Director of Finance to partner with the CFO, executive team, and Board to drive FP&A excellence. The role leads forecasting, budgeting, and external reporting with a focus on strategic insights across the business.

The ideal candidate brings 10–12 years in FP&A, strong modeling skills, and proven leadership of teams. Location is Glendale, WI with a hybrid work arrangement and a salary range of $158,650–$206,750.

Qualifications

• 10-12 years of progressive career experience with at least 5+ years in leadership in FP&A.
• Regular interaction with CFO, CEO, Board, and executive leadership; strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong technical finance and modeling skills (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow forecasting, scenario analysis).
• Business partnership with Financial Reporting/FP&A consolidations and Data Lake platforms; support Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Commercial teams.
• Leadership of direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A planning, forecasting, and executive reporting; develop board/investor reporting packages.
• Coordinate with external reporting, investor relations, Tax and Treasury to align management reporting with statutory results.
• Lead analytics across pricing, customer profitability, product profitability; translate drivers into insights.
• Own enterprise cash forecasting and effective tax rate models.
• Establish disclosure governance and KPI dashboards for strategic decision making.
• Partner with Commercial leadership and drive cross-functional alignment.
