Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC seeks a senior finance and business management professional to lead a team in Wholesale Lending Services, turning data into decisions and shaping strategy for executive audiences.

You will partner with Operations, Finance & Business Management, and Data & Analytics to deliver executive-ready analysis and reporting, strengthen financial controls, and inform strategic decisions impacting clients and the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or MBA in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills for executive audiences.
• Experience leading diverse teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to translate complex data into concise executive presentations.
• Proven project management and prioritization in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to WLS and F&BM leadership, shaping and communicating strategy, projections, and trends through executive-level presentations
• Design monthly and quarterly business and financial reporting packages that convey results clearly and succinctly for varied audiences
• Coordinate deliverables across business management, finance, operations, and product teams to support priorities and transformation initiatives
• Analyze complex datasets to produce insights and executive-ready narratives; translate analysis into clear presentations (e.g., PitchPro+)
• Partner on budgeting and forecasting for headcount and direct expenses in alignment with strategic goals
• Build and enhance capacity models across WLS functions; support activity-based costing to enable accurate allocations and client profitability insights
• Strengthen financial controls and data integrity to enable confident, timely decision-making by senior stakeholders
