Job summary

Precision Castparts is seeking a Senior Director of Finance to own financial reporting, planning, analysis, and cost management across our manufacturing operations. You will partner with Operations, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Engineering to translate data into actionable performance improvements.

The role requires 15+ years in finance with a track record in manufacturing leadership, strong ERP experience (SAP/Oracle), and the ability to drive governance, controls, and strategic capital

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; MBA or CPA strongly preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role within manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting, planning, analysis, and cost management.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and monthly/quarterly financial reporting.
• Develop and execute the financial strategy aligned with factory goals and growth plans.
• Serve as advisor on financial performance, contract negotiations, and risk management.
• Lead financial modeling for major capital initiatives and M&A opportunities.
