Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an AVP, CFO - Health100 to lead end-to-end financial strategy and performance across Health100. You will partner with executive leadership to drive disciplined growth, budgeting, forecasting, and M&A integration for a leading health services portfolio.

This full-time role offers hybrid work from major hubs including Chicago, Hartford, Woonsocket, and more, with remote options. Strong strategic and people leadership required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in roles of increasing financial responsibility
• Demonstrated leadership capability in managing and supporting senior level clients/operating partners
• Experience in Financial Analysis and Modeling
• Leading and developing people, preferably leading managers

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end financial strategy, performance management, capital stewardship, and enterprise integration for Health100
• Partner with Health100 and DDAT executives, Product, Operations, and Enterprise Finance to drive disciplined growth
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and quarterly updates with analytics to drive financial results
• Support M&A activity, including deal analysis, integration planning and execution
• Provide financial communications for MBR, financial closings and BoD materials
• Guide tax, accounting, treasury and regulatory requirements as needed
• Develop and coach a high-performing team to meet strategic objectives
