Job summary

The role requires 10+ years of financial leadership, strong analytic and modeling skills, and experience with M&A. Hybrid work from Hartford or open remote, with travel as needed; Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in roles of increasing financial responsibility.

• Experience in Financial Analysis and Modeling.

Responsibilities

• Construct annual and multi-year budgets with quarterly updates.
• Provide financial visibility and analytics to drive results.
• Support M&A activity including deal analysis and integration planning.
• Prepare business communications and financial results for reports and BoD.
• Support tax, accounting, treasury and regulatory requirements.
• Provide thought leadership on Group Strategy priorities and financial modeling.
• Manage and develop team talent with training opportunities.
