Job summary

Tournesol Siteworks, LLC is seeking a Head of Finance and Administration to lead the finance, HR, and IT teams across multiple U.S. locations, including WA and CA. You will drive strategic planning, budgeting, reporting, and risk management while standardizing processes across sites and improving efficiency.

The role requires 7–10 years in manufacturing, a finance-focused degree (CPA preferred), and strong leadership with excellent communication. Some travel to company facilities is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration required.
• CPA preferred.
• 7–10 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial controls.
• Experience with ERP systems and cross-site coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance, IT, and HR teams; motivate and manage staff.
• Ensure financial integrity, internal controls and GAAP compliance.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports.
• Coordinate budgeting across locations and strategic planning.
• Lead risk management, audits, and legal/compliance reviews.
• Oversee ERP systems and IT strategy across sites.
• Drive operational excellence and scalable processes.
