    Executive Fellows represent the senior participation tier of the ProSidian Fellowship Program and deliver executive-level Management and Operations Services and Solutions across the full consulting lifecycle. Participants may include accomplished executives, former government or military leaders, senior consultants, business owners, industry leaders, and technical authorities who bring significant leadership experience, strategic relationships, market access, sector influence, and institutional knowledge.

    Their work may span Risk Management, Compliance, Business Process, IT Effectiveness, Engineering, Environmental Services, Sustainability, Human Capital, Program and Project Management, Training and Knowledge Management, Speakers Bureau Services, Enterprise Artificial Intelligence Solutions, and other client-defined professional services.

    Executive Fellows operate at the intersection of executive leadership, market development, capture, client engagement, and program governance, contributing from opportunity identification and qualification through pursuit, negotiation, mobilization, delivery, performance oversight, and account expansion.

    The formal designation is Executive Fellow | ProSidian Fellowship Program Participant, with deployment titles aligned to the applicable solicitation, PWS, SOW, SOO, task order, contract, or engagement scope and potentially including Executive Advisor, Engagement Executive, Senior Strategic Advisor, Executive Subject-Matter Expert, Market or Account Lead, Program Governance Lead, Executive Sponsor, or Senior Management Consultant.

    The operating mandate is to bring the relationships, shape the market, sponsor the pursuit, and provide the executive leadership necessary to convert strategic opportunities into successful client delivery.

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

    Executive Fellows may perform some or all of the following responsibilities depending on professional background, availability, client requirements, and engagement-specific needs.

    Opportunity Origination and Market Development

    • Identify emerging client needs, market opportunities, procurement signals, strategic initiatives, organizational challenges, and addressable consulting requirements.
    • Leverage trusted professional relationships, market access, industry networks, and institutional knowledge to create qualified opportunities.
    • Develop and deepen senior-level relationships with clients, stakeholders, partners, and industry.
    • Support market-entry strategies, account development strategies, sector expansion, and portfolio growth.
    • Identify adjacent opportunities, follow-on requirements, and cross-functional client needs.

    Opportunity Qualification

    • Evaluate opportunities based on client demand, strategic fit, competitive position, solution alignment, timing, economics, resources, delivery feasibility, probability of success, and long-term account value.
    • Help determine whether to pursue, defer, reshape, partner on, or decline opportunities.
    • Provide executive insight into client priorities, buying behavior, organizational dynamics, procurement environments, and decision-making structures.

    Capture and Pursuit Leadership

    • Sponsor, lead, or support major pursuits.
    • Contribute to capture strategy, pursuit planning, executive positioning, and win themes.
    • Support solution architecture, teaming, partner selection, staffing strategy, pricing inputs, and delivery-model development.
    • Participate in executive client meetings, presentations, demonstrations, oral presentations, negotiations, and other pursuit activities.
    • Review or contribute to proposals, technical narratives, management approaches, resumes, staffing plans, past-performance narratives, and executive summaries.
    • Help align technical, commercial, operational, contractual, and client-facing components of a pursuit.

    Executive Advisory and Client Leadership

    • Provide senior advisory services to public, private, defense, civilian-government, nonprofit, and international clients.
    • Translate complex strategic, operational, organizational, technical, regulatory, or market issues into practical executive decisions and actionable recommendations.
    • Advise senior client leaders on strategy, transformation, governance, risk, operations, workforce, technology, infrastructure, program execution, and organizational performance.
    • Serve as a senior client relationship leader, executive sponsor, engagement executive, or strategic advisor as assigned.

    Engagement Governance and Delivery

    • Lead or support high-impact consulting engagements, strategic initiatives, programs, portfolios, or workstreams.
    • Provide executive oversight for scope, schedule, risk, quality, stakeholder alignment, performance, and client outcomes.
    • Support multidisciplinary delivery teams across technical, operational, organizational, regulatory, and strategic workstreams.
    • Ensure client commitments are understood and addressed professionally, on time, and with discipline.
    • Strengthen delivery through executive judgment, issue escalation, decision support, and governance.

    Team Formation and Talent Development

    • Identify, recruit, mentor, and connect high-quality professionals, technical experts, teaming partners, and industry specialists.
    • Support formation of multidisciplinary engagement and pursuit teams.
    • Mentor Senior Fellows, Fellows, consultants, analysts, project leaders, and other professionals.
    • Promote knowledge transfer, professional development, and continuity across engagements.

    Thought Leadership

    • Develop or contribute to executive briefings, white papers, articles, industry analyses, research papers, presentations, workshops, training sessions, conference participation, and speaking engagements.
    • Translate professional expertise into thought leadership that supports client education, market positioning, relationship development, and opportunity creation.
    • Help establish credible points of view on emerging industry, management, operations, technology, policy, workforce, and market issues.

    Account Growth and Portfolio Development

    • Expand successful engagements into longer-term client relationships.
    • Identify additional stakeholders, adjacent requirements, follow-on projects, and related service opportunities.
    • Support repeat business, referrals, client advocacy, and portfolio growth.
    • Convert successful client delivery into documented past performance, case studies, insights, market credibility, and future business-development opportunities.

    Education / Experience Requirements

    The following profile is generally expected for Executive Fellow participation:

    • Typically 15+ years of progressively responsible professional experience.
    • Significant experience in executive leadership, government, military service, industry, management consulting, technical leadership, professional services, entrepreneurship, or related fields.
    • Demonstrated history of leading organizations, programs, initiatives, portfolios, markets, accounts, transformations, or complex client relationships.
    • Significant experience working with senior executives, government officials, client leaders, boards, industry stakeholders, or other senior decision-makers.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, advise, negotiate, and build consensus across organizational boundaries.

    A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is generally expected, with advanced degrees, professional certifications, licensure, technical credentials, or security clearances required or preferred depending on the engagement.

    Relevant qualifications may include master’s, MBA, JD, or PhD degrees; professional engineering, project and program management, risk and compliance, cybersecurity and technology, financial and accounting, human capital, environmental and sustainability, industry-specific, and government acquisition credentials; professional licenses; security clearances; and other qualifications aligned with applicable client, contractual, regulatory, or technical requirements.
