Job summary

Cassidy is seeking a Deployment Strategist in New York City to turn business problems into production workflows and AI-powered solutions. You will lead discovery, define requirements, and own adoption and ongoing customer relationships alongside our Solutions & Engineering teams.

This role emphasizes on-site collaboration with executives and customer teams to deliver measurable value, prioritize efforts, and drive renewals and expansions across a portfolio of customers.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years of experience in Management or Technology Consulting, Customer Success, Account Management or a related customer-facing role.
• You’ve changed how a team works. You can explain what you changed, why you made those decisions, and what happened.
• You can turn an unclear business problem into requirements, priorities, and a practical delivery plan.

Responsibilities

• Understand how the customer works by interviewing teams and mapping processes.
• Decide what's worth building by assessing automation opportunities and value.
• Define the work by turning discovery into requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Deliver with Solutions & Engineering by coordinating build cycles and testing.
• Own adoption by planning rollouts and training users.
• Own the relationship as primary contact through onboarding to renewal.
• Grow the account by identifying new departments and workflows for expansion.
• Close the loop with Product by turning feedback into insights.
