Job summary

Stripe is seeking an Executive Experiences Program Manager to drive end-to-end operational excellence for flagship leadership programs, including Davos and the Exec Summit at Sessions. You will move between strategic planning and hands-on execution to deliver high-touch executive experiences with scalable playbooks and budgets.

The role requires 10+ years of project management, cross-functional leadership, and experience with budgets and documentation for scaled programs.

Qualifications

10+ years of project management experience (ideally in marketing or events).
Strong experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders at executive and team levels.

Responsibilities

Lead global end-to-end operational program management for flagship executive experiences across cross-functional internal teams and external partners.
Build, maintain, and evolve playbooks and toolkits to scale executive event execution.
Coordinate and manage global budget planning and tracking with accountable leads.
Own executive-ready program communications, operationalizing reporting into unified leadership dashboards.
Drive ongoing operational improvements via process automation and AI-powered tools.
