Qualifications

• Lead strategic planning and stakeholder engagement with executives.
• Manage venue sourcing, catering, vendor coordination, and registrations.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, and post-event analysis via CVENT.
• Coordinate A/V, signage, gifting, and on-site execution.
