Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking an Events Manager responsible for strategic planning, management, and execution of in-person and hybrid executive-level events, including conferences, leadership meetings, and community engagements.

You will collaborate with regional partners, manage budgets, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact experiences, travel up to 30% for on-site support, and ensure flawless execution with strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years experience in corporate meeting and event planning.
• Proficiency in CVENT for event creation, sourcing, invitations, registration, and event management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement event strategies and planning cadences aligned with company goals and budgets.
• Lead strategic planning and stakeholder engagement with executive leadership and partners.
• Manage all aspects of event logistics: site visits, venue sourcing, hotel blocks, catering, vendor coordination, and registrations.
• Collaborate with marketing/communications to create event materials.
• Deliver engaging attendee experiences for in-person and virtual formats.
