Job summary

Castle Pines Golf Club Inc. is seeking an Event & Catering Chef to lead kitchen staff during private events, ensuring timely setup, prep, execution, and cleanup.

You will coordinate prep sheets with the Purchasing department and Executive Chef, and uphold Castle Pines standards across on-site and off-site venues. The role requires significant catering experience, culinary management, and the ability to handle plated and buffet events for large groups.

Qualifications

• Significant catering and event service experience for private, high-end events.
• Culinary management experience required.
• Ala carte fine dining and banquet experience required.
• Ability to manage events up to 550 guests with reliability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute events within strict timelines.
• Prepare prep sheets and coordinate with Purchasing, Chef De Cuisine, and Executive Chef.
• Manage food operations across club outlets and offsite venues.
• Maintain sanitation, proper storage, and par levels for events.
• Represent Castle Pines professionally off-site at venues and in Members’ homes.
