Job summary

Intuit's Office of the President (OOP) seeks a full-time Executive Resolution Manager to handle high-velocity executive escalations from intake to close. This is a phone-based, end-to-end case management role that partners with internal teams across Intuit's BUs to achieve timely, effective resolutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, Masters Degree highly preferred.
• Experience with high-visibility escalations and executive communications.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong ownership and customer obsession.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact and Resolution Manager for executive escalations, managing a high volume of cases end-to-end.
• Utilize case management systems to track escalations and collaborate with internal teams for timely resolution.
• Communicate with customers, executives and cross-functional stakeholders with regular updates.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis and summarize actions in executive summaries.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders to improve operational efficiency across the company.
