About the Opportunity

Insight Global is seeking an Enterprise Architect to serve as the strategic bridge between business objectives and technology solutions within a complex aerospace environment. This individual will be responsible for defining enterprise architecture standards, developing modernization roadmaps, evaluating emerging technologies, and ensuring technology investments align with long-term business goals. The ideal candidate brings a blend of architecture expertise, cloud knowledge, executive communication skills, and strategic thinking to help drive enterprise

transformation initiatives.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience
• 5+ years in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, AI Architecture, or IT Leadership roles
• Experience developing and executing enterprise AI strategies and technology roadmaps
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, Machine Learning, AI Governance, and Responsible AI principles
• Strong AWS and/or Azure architecture experience, including AI/ML service offerings
• Experience evaluating emerging AI technologies and identifying enterprise use cases that drive measurable business value
• Experience integrating AI solutions into existing enterprise applications, platforms, and business processes
• Ability to evaluate risks, costs, scalability, security, compliance, and long-term support requirements for AI and technology investments
• Knowledge of DevOps, MLOps, and DevSecOps practices

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Aerospace industry experience
• Experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, or flight operations environments
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI platforms, LLMs, AI Copilots, or enterprise AI implementations
• Experience developing AI governance, ethical AI, or AI security frameworks
• Background in enterprise modernization and legacy application rationalization
• Experience evaluating AI and cloud technologies for long-term enterprise adoption
• AWS, Azure, AI, or Enterprise Architecture certifications
• Experience with data platforms, analytics, and AI-enabled decision support systems
