If you are an experienced executive support professional looking for an opportunity to partner with senior leaders and influence enterprise-wide priorities, Copeland has an exciting opportunity for you! In this highly visible role, you will serve as a strategic partner to the Chief Transformation & Sustainability Officer (CTSO) and the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), while also providing support across the Executive Office. You will help maximize executive effectiveness by enabling strategic initiatives, driving operational excellence, and ensuring seamless execution across a fast-paced, global organization. Success in this role requires exceptional judgment, learning agility, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, balancing executive partnership with flawless execution while collaborating across functions to help drive Copeland's transformation and people strategies forward.
This role is hybrid eligible with the requirement to be in office at least three days per week. Colleagues are expected to demonstrate a collaboration first mindset, which is the understanding that teams will work together in person, and colleagues should be flexible to adjust their hybrid days based on business needs. You will have an opportunity to work with your team and leader to determine when you should be in the office to drive meaningful connections and to best serve our customers.
