Texas A&M University’s Center for Executive Development is expanding its Executive Education leadership team. The role focuses on building trusted relationships with corporate leaders, delivering customized executive learning solutions, and guiding programs from opportunity through delivery.

The ideal candidate will have eight+ years in executive education or related fields, a business or leadership degree (MBA preferred), and a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset within a growing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Adult Learning, Leadership Studies, or a related field.
• Eight or more years of professional experience in executive education, leadership development, organizational development, consulting, talent development, corporate learning, or a related field.
• MBA or other relevant graduate degree is preferred for leadership positions.
