Job summary

Texas A&M University’s Mays Executive Education unit seeks seasoned professionals to lead and grow customized executive learning programs for corporate and academic clients across Texas and beyond. You will help shape strategy, build partnerships, and deliver high-impact learning experiences that improve leadership capability and organizational performance.

Relationship-building, collaboration with world-class faculty, and driving programs from opportunity to delivery are core to this role.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of professional experience in executive education, leadership development, organizational development, consulting, talent development, corporate learning, or a related field.
• MBA or graduate degree preferred for leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop trusted relationships with corporate leaders and strategic partners.
• Identify opportunities to help organizations address complex business challenges.
• Design and deliver customized Executive Education solutions.

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking professionals who combine business acumen with curiosity, collaboration, and a commitment to service. Successful candidates often bring experience in:

Required Education
