Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree in business, HR, organizational development, adult learning, leadership studies, or related field.
• Eight+ years of professional experience in executive education, leadership development, or related areas.
• MBA or graduate degree preferred for leadership roles.

Required Experience

• Eight or more years of professional experience in executive education, leadership development, organizational development, consulting, talent development, corporate learning, or a related field.
