Job summary

A government contracting firm is seeking an eDiscovery Litigation Technologist in Atlanta, GA. The role involves supporting legal accounts by monitoring laws, improving FBI Discovery processes, and providing expertise in eDiscovery applications. Candidates must have at least 5 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

• 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience focused on client solutions.
• 3 years of progressive experience on major lit support projects.
• 2 years in Relativity beyond document review coding.
• Experience and familiarity with eDiscovery Services covering all realms of the EDRM.

Responsibilities

• Monitor changes to laws impacting litigation and their effects on FBI policies.
• Monitor industry changes for technology improvements in FBI Discovery.
• Conduct testing of system upgrades prior to release.
• Provide advice on preserving and producing ESI for civil litigation.
