Qualifications

• 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience focused on client solutions.
• 3 years of experience on major litigation support projects.
• 2 years of experience in Relativity beyond document review coding.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment.
• Experience in eDiscovery Services covering all realms of the EDRM.

Responsibilities

• Monitor changes to laws impacting litigation to assess FBI Discovery policies.
• Identify how new technology can improve FBI Discovery.
• Conduct testing of system upgrades before release.
• Provide advice on ESI in support of various legal requests.
• Create and update standard operating procedures.
