Job summary

Northwell Health is seeking an experienced executive driver to provide safe, discreet transport for its leadership team and perform light administrative tasks related to travel coordination.

The role requires maintaining a clean, well-maintained vehicle, planning efficient routes, and working with security when needed to ensure secure travel for executives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an executive driver or similar role.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Defensive driving training preferred.
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and discreet transport for executives to meetings and other destinations.
• Plan efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals and avoid delays; adjust timing or routes based on schedule changes.
• Maintain awareness of traffic patterns, weather conditions, and alternative routes and adjust routes accordingly.
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and fueled at all times.
• Work with security teams when needed to support safe travel.
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, drafting documents and memos and expense and inventory tracking, as needed, during downtime from driving responsibilities.
