Qualifications

• Experience working in a Residential setting.
• Five (5) years relevant work experience.
• Two (2) years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in managing fundraising events.

Responsibilities

• Manage finances within approved budget.
• Partner and support resource development activities.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with stakeholders.
• Create and implement a marketing/branding initiative.
• Plan and direct program operations.
