Bryn Mawr College is seeking an experienced Executive Director for YASP, a Philadelphia-based organization focused on youth empowerment and abolitionist values. The role involves leading daily operations, supporting staff, and overseeing organizational objectives.

Ideal candidates will have substantial experience in nonprofit management and fundraising, a commitment to youth liberation, and the ability to foster a supportive work environment.

The position offers a salary range of $75,000 to $80,000 and requires some evening and weekend work.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of experience supervising staff and managing multi-program organizations.
• Ability to effectively delegate and hold staff accountable.
• Genuine commitment to abolition and transformative justice.

Responsibilities

• Lead regular retreats and reflection spaces with staff.
• Directly supervise program leads and coordinators.
• Cultivate relationships with funders and maintain financial oversight.
• Support YASP's program work and maintain key partnerships.
