Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a seasoned professional to drive the Firm's Professional Loan Program (PLP) for private equity clients and partners across the bank.

You will engage borrowers, coordinate applications, and ensure a smooth loan booking process while coordinating with Private Bankers, Credit Risk, Underwriters, Loan Servicing, and Legal teams. You will lead client engagement, collaborate with Borrower Specialists, and contribute to business development within the PLP portfolio,

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in Wealth Management or Banking preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Demonstrated ability for sales and client relationship management.
• Strong communication, decision-making and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Aptitude to take initiative and be proactive to help provide leverage for the team; confidence executing projects with limited supervision.
• Experience using Microsoft Office programs including Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe PDF.

Responsibilities

• As the borrower’s main point of contact, introduce the Professional Loan Program during Firm Kick-Off calls and collaborate to ensure smooth application and loan booking.
• Serve as the primary relationship manager regarding the PLP program and borrower experience.
• Partner with Lending Specialists to understand Firm structure and program considerations.
• Host ongoing calls with Firms to discuss program structure, application process, operations and key contacts.
• Coordinate with Borrower Specialist teams on staffing for new program modifications and pipelines.
• Support business development by identifying client opportunities and cross-selling banking services.
