Job summary

Chase Digital Assets and Blockchain Solutions is seeking an Executive Director to own wallet infrastructure end-to-end, setting vision and roadmap across Engineering, InfoSec, Operations, Risk, Compliance and Legal.

The role requires deep domain expertise in wallet signing, production operations, and institutional risk management, with proven leadership of cross-functional teams and an ability to communicate with executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior platform leadership in regulated financial infrastructure.
• Experience building and operating digital asset wallet infrastructure at a bank or fintech.
• Deep expertise in wallet infrastructure and security controls.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional delivery with senior stakeholders.
• Strong execution and prioritization delivering production platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the wallet infrastructure strategy, multi-year roadmap, and delivery across teams.
• Deliver core wallet capabilities: wallet/address lifecycle, allowlisting, signing, and finality.
• Define signing governance and control requirements (policy-based approvals, A/D controls).
• Lead key management requirements and integrations (e.g., HSM/KMS/MPC).
• Set platform non-functional standards (SLOs, monitoring, incident response, DR/BCP).
• Partner with control functions for design-by-design controls and regulatory readiness.
• Own vendor strategy (build vs. buy, SLAs, security requirements, performance).
• Provide executive-level communication and mentor product/platform talent.
